		<description>Great blog. I do talk to myself inwardly also. I find myself speaking more ill thought about people to myself than I do out load. Mostly because I don&#039;t want to say something that will hurt my witness for Christ. It is rather convicting though to read Jesus&#039; Sermon on the Mount. If you think it, you as well have said/done it. 

I also watch what comes from my mouth because of one of my Scripture memory quotes: Ephesians 4:29-Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear. 

I speak more positive things outloud in hopes that I will create a positive attitude in me and others. 

I heard an evangelist say once, what comes from your mouth flows out of your heart. 

I&#039;m talking to myself as I write this. Am I nuts?
