Joshua was an amazing leader of the nation of Israel. He gave the nation of Israel so many awesome instructions before his death, but this one jumped of the page last week.
So be very careful to love the LORD your God. (Joshua 23:11, NIV)
If someone were to look at your life, would they say that you are careful to love God?
It hit me…like. a. ton. of. bricks.
I’m careful when the kids have a milk on the carpet. I’m careful when I’m backing out of the driveway. I’m careful when I make decisions. I’m careful to spend time with the Lord daily.
But, am I careful to love God? Am I careful to cultivate the most important relationship in my life?
What about you? Are you careful?
