Today we finished a 2-day workshop on Trust which culminated with our staff team being assigned to cross-ministry teams. Each team was required to come up with a team name, song and picture representation. It was hilarious, and I caught some of it on video. Here is “The A-team” making their team pitch.

Not sure where your staff is today, but collaboration between ministries is a must. Each of our teams was assigned a project that they have 7 weeks to complete. In early December, each team will present their solution to the problem in front of a selected panel. It is going to be a blast as we work together to accomplish some amazing things that are significant in the life of Faith Promise.

If you are interested in doing something similar with your team, email me and I will get you connected with my friend Dan Novak.
