I learned a long time ago to write them down, or now I will send myself a text message as a reminder. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with some really cool ideas. I grab my phone and send myself a text message. Sometimes Misty would wake up and say who are you texting this late, and I would be like... myself! haha As you know, I tend to pass any of them related to the church on, but it has been a while since I came up with anything new. My last simple idea that I thought of was creating a sitemap from the Knoxville MLS data we have access to, that basically creates about 20,000 pages for google to index. http://www.knoxvillerealty.com/sitemap.php to my knowledge, no other Realtor's have done this yet.
