Yesterday, a few of the Coaching Network guys converged upon Knoxville to spend some time talking about issues and strategies that we need to use to make our churches more impactful. It was a great day with Lyndale, Derek and Jason as we discussed multi-site campuses, staffing strucuture, mission strategy, and volunteer development.
What a great opportunity to hear about what is happening at each of the guys churches and have the chance to think about changes that need to be made at FPC in certain areas. Sharp guys, great day – looking forward to November in Erie, PA.
